LITTLE BOOK OF BALANCE

The guide below is meant for those who love (I mean, love) food but sometimes, or usually, struggle with their relationship with it. There are 10 key tips to help find a balance between the pleasure of eating and caring about one’s health. The guide, or the Little Book of Balance, is meant to be more informative and educational than anything, supported by a blend of personal experience and my own reading. It started out as a fun personal project on the side of my PhD, but as I actually started to help a few people I knew personally with these tips, I thought it would be good to share them.
